Hotel

Reservations must be canceled five days prior to scheduled arrival. A penalty of one night’s room and tax will be charged for reservations canceled in violation of the policy. A 14-day cancellation is required for reservations over special event dates. Special event dates include: December 26, 2024 to January 2, 2025.

Due to limited availability, valet parking is available for $38 per day (plus tax). Self-parking is currently unavailable. Please note, there is no complimentary parking

 

On-property parking is limited to standard vehicle access. Boat trailers, RVs/motor coaches, and specialty vehicles will require special off-site parking assistance based on local public parking availability. Please contact the City of St. Pete Beach for public parking locations.

All photo sessions and filming requests must be submitted to the Marketing Department for consideration/approval and are subject to location fees and restrictions. Please view and download our policy guidelines and request form below. Request forms must be submitted to marketing@doncesar.com at least five days prior to requested event date.

Yes, pets are allowed and welcomed! There is a $75 per night fee and you are allowed a maximum of two pets per room. First floor rooms only.

Camp CeSar kids camp is temporarily unavailable at this time.

The Don CeSar and Beach House Suites are smoke-free properties with the exception of a designated area on each property.

  • At The Don, the designated smoking area is on the lobby bar veranda next to the dolphin statue by the clock tower.
  • At the Beach House Suites, the designated smoking area is by the benches on the ground level underneath the lobby.

You are not required to be a hotel guest to visit the hotel. Our dining and retail outlets are available to non-hotel guests.

Resort Day Passes are available, but are subject to daily hotel occupancy and availability. Please contact The Don Club at (727) 360-1883 to check availability and to purchase directly. You can also purchase a day pass from Resort Pass.

We are a cashless hotel, accepting only credit card payments for all your needs. Experience efficiency and safety with hassle-free transactions throughout your stay with us.

Yes, the minimum age to check-in is 21 years old.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

A resort fee of $40 + tax per room will be added to your account daily to include:

Gather

We do require that all of our ceremonies at The Don CeSar are followed with a reception in one of our beautiful event venues using our wedding packages.

Your Event Sales Manager will arrange a ceremony rehearsal for you and your wedding party. Rehearsal times and location are confirmed up to three (3) weeks prior to your wedding and set at a time that does not interfere with other on-site events.

Your Event Sales Manager will assist with the detailing and planning aspects of your wedding as they relate to the hotel and our staff. It is very strongly recommended that you hire, at the very least, a day-of event planner for any additional needs such as off-property ceremony assistance, set-up of your personal items, or event décor and design.

You are not required to work with the vendors on our recommended vendor list; however, we have these recommendations for you as they are trusted, insured professionals who are familiar with our property and standards. If you do elect to bring in your own vendors, we will require a copy of their liability insurance (COI).

To ensure that every detail is handled in a timely manner, menu selections and specific details must be finalized four (4) weeks prior to your function. Your final guest count guarantee is due seven (7) days prior to your wedding.

At 5,700 square feet in size, the Grand Ballroom is our largest venue at The Don CeSar.

Yes, we do have a minimum charge, and it depends on the size of the group.

We use Encore, who provide complete production end-to-end for seamless in-person and hybrid events delivered by local to regional experts.

We offer 12 private and flexible breakout rooms, ideal for all your event requirements.

Our value dates at The Don CeSar are from July to September.

Spa

Please bring along a swimsuit and sunglasses to enjoy our rooftop garden. We recommend not bringing your cell phone, but if you do, please put it on SILENT. Cell phone use is not permitted in any spa areas.

To ensure your complete relaxation, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Feel free to enjoy the whirlpool, steam room, or Seaside Whisper Lounge while you wait. Late arrivals will be accepted; however, your treatment time will be shortened and no price adjustments will be made.

For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to all spa services and charged at check-out. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Spa Oceana is pleased to pamper your entire family. Guests ages 4 – 12 are welcome to enjoy nail care and salon services, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13 – 17 may enjoy massage and facial services with a parent or guardian present in the room during the service. Teen guests are required to wear a bathing suit during any services performed behind closed doors.

Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you. However, if you must cancel, we require a 24-hour notice. Failure to notify prior to this will result in a 100% charge of all services scheduled.
